I use the music platform Bandcamp for the direct marketing of my labels products. When you use the offers on Bandcamp, your entered data, such as Name, Email address, address, payment data will be transmitted to Bandcamp Inc. This is done to create an account at Bandcamp and to make orders via Bandcamp. The legal basis for these purposes is Art. 6(1) para 1 b GDPR. Data processing that occurred in the past remains effective after a revocation.

My offer on Bandcamp allows payment via PayPal and Stripe. When paying with PayPal, your entered data will be transmitted to PayPal. The data transmission to PayPal is based on Art. 6(1) para 1 b GDPR. When paying with Stripe, your entered data will be transmitted to Stripe. The data transmission to PayPal is based on Art. 6(1) para 1 b GDPR.

I am present on third-party platforms, such as Soundcloud, YouTube, and Instagram, whose providers process and store your data. I have no influence on their data protection regulations and technical settings. These providers use cookies to track user behavior on other websites and apps.
